You start anywhere in Kanto Region. You are either a fighting Pokemon or a stand-by Pokemon. Legendary or regular. Fight to the finish! Untill a human comes and for-fills the prochey. We can have not a lot of humans. This takes place in th Orange Islands.

Silver was flying over the seafoam islands to find Shadow, but didn't suceed. she wanted to have a chat with her, but finally flew of to navel rock, her home and waited for shadow to come...

Shadow knew she would be noticable to all other legendaries if she was a Ho-Oh. Shadow landed in Navel Rock to confront Silver. "Hello?" she said. "Is anyone there?"
